It’s been a minute since we’ve posted one of these, but we’re back today with a client spotlight blog. We’re going to highlight our client, how we’ve worked together, and the results they’ve seen since working with Alyssa Gay Consulting for social media management.

Superior Pools of Southwest Florida has been working with us since February 2019, in conjunction with Two Stories Media. Superior Pools has a recurring television show, Home Sweet Home, which features its various pool designs. Two Stories Media films and produces the show, while we handle their social media management.

Now you may be thinking, “How are you giving us a client spotlight blog when you’ve only been working together for 3 months?” Easy – the results have been THAT good.

First, let’s introduce you to Superior Pools. Superior Pools of Southwest Florida has been in business since 2001. They’ve built over 4,000 pools in southwest Florida, from Manatee to Collier counties. In addition, they’ve won walls and shelves full of awards – and frankly, we can see why! Their pools are true works of art, and I’ve not seen any two that look alike. They truly take the time to get to know their client, and what the client wants (such as sundecks, lots of entertaining space, lots of swimming space, etc.), and don’t stop until they get it right. From freeform to modern pools, fire to water features, and rock grottoes to sleek stone, if you can dream it, Superior Pools can build it.

Now, let’s get to the nitty gritty…

The Social Media Management Process

As always, we started with an initial audit and strategy. This gives us a baseline of where the Client is at, what they’ve been doing for their social media and digital marketing, what their goals are, and the strategies we will use to achieve those goals. This is also where we will do various hashtags and keyword research.

Once the audit and strategy were complete, we created a content calendar. We work in batches so the Client can see what is scheduled to be posted and when. But, we always make sure to remain flexible, as something always comes up in your business – like a big announcement, event, or award.

From there, we begin creating the content and posting. We also optimize each platform so their pages are performing the best they possibly can. As we post, we are sure to engage with customers who comment and message Superior Pools.

The Results

The results were almost immediate! Superior Pools went from an inconsistent presence on social media to publishing consistent, quality content.

In three months, thanks to the strategies we’ve implemented, Superior Pools has seen these results:

  • Over 25 direct sales inquiries via Facebook Messenger!
  • A 10% increase in followers across all social platforms
  • Increased engagement rate across all social platforms!
  • 91% increase in website traffic from social media referrals
  • Increased reach in target demographics
  • ALL specific objectives have been reached *and* exceeded in the first 3 months!
